Apply for a permit to work (PtW) for a Council location

  • You can submit work for one location only per application.
  • This form must be submitted by the head contractor.
  • Apply at least five working days before work begins to allow for your application to be processed.
  • Your application may be delayed if submitted with incomplete or inadequate information.

It is important to note that the permit to work does not assess the design or standards of workmanship. Contractors must work with their client and the Council to ensure that all relevant design and construction reviews are completed before applying for this permit.

The use of lightweight drones or Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) is allowed in most parks and reserves managed by the Council, but there are some important rules and guidelines to follow.
