Cancel or upgrade your LIM application.

Please note:

• If you are cancelling your application, a cancellation fee will be payable. Refer to the Fees - Regulatory & Property Information Services(external link)
• If the LIM has been fully processed the LIM application cannot be cancelled. 

I recently applied for a LIM with the Council. I now want to:

• Cancel my Standard LIM application
• Cancel my Fast track LIM application
• Change my standard LIM application to Fast track

• I understand if the LIM team has commenced or completed processing my LIM application I cannot cancel it.

• I understand there will be a fee for any cancellation of a Fast track LIM request. Please refer to our fee schedule for latest charges.
• I understand if the LIM team has started or fully processing my LIM I cannot cancel it.

• I understand if I change my Standard LIM request to a Fast track LIM request and then decide to cancel the LIM there will be a cancellation fee. Please refer to our fee schedule for latest charges.
