Celebrate Bishopdale(external link) is an annual community event established by the Waimāero Fendalton/Waimairi Community Board in 2013 after local residents wanted to see a fun, family event in the area.
The aim of the event is to celebrate living in Bishopdale and to come together as a community. Celebrate Bishopdale is held at Bishopdale Park on Harewood Road. See the event listing(external link).
We invite your organisation or group to participate in this event, with the option to perform on stage, run an arts and crafts stall, or promote your group through active displays and demonstrations.
Before you begin:

- No commercial food vendors please, unless by prior arrangement.
If the event is postponed, it will take place on Sunday 22 November 2026. Preference will be given to those groups that register for both days.
