Request a refund of credit from a property or water rates account. Requests can take up to 10 working days to be processed and are by online bank transfer.

Please note:

• Refunds are made to the bank account the payment originally came from.
• Your property rates reference number starts with 73xxxxxx. 
• Your water rates reference number starts with 43xxxxxx.
