The environmental scan is where we set the scene, present the evidence, and outline what issues our city and Council are facing, now and in the future.
The environmental scan provides a fact-based analysis and interpretation of economic, social, political, environmental, cultural and regulatory issues and trends which may have an impact on the city and how the Council operates.
