Details
We are carrying out stormwater and wastewater upgrades on Matsons Avenue. To ensure these works are completed safely and efficiently, temporary traffic management changes will be in place.
Traffic changes
- A one-way system will be in place on Matsons Avenue, between Condell Avenue and Harewood Road, from Wednesday 15 July until December.
- The one-way system will allow traffic to travel from Condell Avenue towards Harewood Road only.
- From Wednesday 15 July, Windermere Road will be closed at its intersection with Matsons Avenue until December. There will be no access to or from Windermere Road via Matsons Avenue during this period.
- These changes are necessary to provide a safe working environment for crews upgrading stormwater and wastewater infrastructure.
- Access to properties and businesses will be maintained where possible.
- Please allow extra travel time and follow all temporary traffic management signage, as well as directions from on-site staff.

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
