Details
Christchurch City Council has engaged Seipp Construction to construct an Odour Dome that connects to the existing pump station located at 17E East Ellington Drive.
As part of the works, a manhole cover in the roadway outside Unit 1 of Isaac Retirement Village will also be replaced. These works are expected to cause minimal disruption to traffic.
Construction activity and vehicle movements will be kept to a minimum wherever possible.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
