Holmes Construction, as the principal contractor, will manage all construction activities associated with this project at Addington Park on behalf of Christchurch City Council.
The project involves the refurbishment of the existing pavilion and toilet facilities, together with associated civil and landscaping works to enhance the park's amenities for users.

The construction site is located in the south-eastern corner of Addington Park. Site access for construction vehicles and personnel will be via Spencer Street. - Project Impacts:
While every effort will be made to minimise disruption, nearby residents and park users may experience occasional construction-related impacts, including noise from machinery and increased truck movements within the area. - Safety Measures:
Health and safety will remain a priority throughout the project. Appropriate safety controls will be implemented to protect park users, residents, and workers. Please take care when travelling near the work site and follow any temporary signage or detours that may be in place.

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
