Details

Holmes Construction, as the principal contractor, will manage all construction activities associated with this project at Addington Park on behalf of Christchurch City Council.

The project involves the refurbishment of the existing pavilion and toilet facilities, together with associated civil and landscaping works to enhance the park's amenities for users.

    The construction site is located in the south-eastern corner of Addington Park. Site access for construction vehicles and personnel will be via Spencer Street.

    While every effort will be made to minimise disruption, nearby residents and park users may experience occasional construction-related impacts, including noise from machinery and increased truck movements within the area.
