Details
Work to improve the play space at Fortune Reserve is about to get underway. The work includes:
- Temporary fencing of work site.
- Site clearance and removal of old play equipment.
- Installation of new safety surface.
- Renewal of play equipment to ensure a safe play environment.
Temporary fencing will be installed around the work site for the duration of the project. The wider park, including the small dog park and large areas of lawn, will remain available during the works.
We anticipate there will be an increase in noise and activity during the construction process. We will be making every effort to minimise the impact of this work as much as possible.
We expect to reopen the play space by late December 2026.
