Details
We’re undertaking additional kerb and channel renewal works on Harewood Road between Harris Crescent and Chapel Street.
The works will include:
- Removing and replacing sections of the existing kerb and channel.
What to expect:
- Temporary pedestrian detours may be in place while works are underway.
- Reduced speed limits through the work site.
- Temporary removal of on-street parking in work areas.
- Access to businesses will be maintained where possible, although there may be short periods where access is temporarily restricted while work is completed directly outside individual properties. We’ll provide advance notice if this affects you.
- Please allow extra travel time and follow all temporary traffic management signage and directions from onsite staff.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
