List of building consents issued

You can request a copy of the building consents issued or subscribe to receive them monthly.

A list of building consents issued is published monthly and costs $16 per list. 

The list contains the name and address of the applicant (builder, owner) along with a brief description of the project including the value of work for each building consent issued that month.

The list is sent as an electronic document via email, printed copies are not available.

  • Each monthly list is $16 (including GST).
  • Future lists are emailed within the first five working days of the following month.
  • After submitting this form you will need to make payment for your order to be completed. You can pay via the following methods:
