In some circumstances an upgrade of your existing water connection to a larger sized supply may be necessary. For example, if the water demand in your business rises due to expansion or increased production you may need to upgrade.

We will then assess your request and work out an estimate of costs. Please note that we cannot process your application until the appropriate fee has been fully paid.
If you wish to get a new, larger sized connection, the old existing connection will be removed within 14 days of the new supply being provided unless prior arrangement is made.
