Eligibility for community concession rates
Community concession rates are available only for recurring bookings made under an approved regular hirer arrangement.
You can apply to become a regular hirer if you book a community facility or library space more than six times a year or make ongoing recurring bookings.
Casual and one-off bookings are charged at the applicable standard rate. This includes one-off bookings made by an organisation that has an approved regular hirer arrangement for other recurring bookings.
Some customers may have received a concession rate for casual bookings in the past. Previous receipt of the rate does not provide ongoing eligibility. Existing confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price shown on the booking confirmation. New bookings, additional dates, extensions, renewals and rebookings will be assessed under the current eligibility requirements.
